More Translated Books

Posted in: 2022 posts | blog images | Books | Online Shopping Bag

I am back with books.

At this point, I feel like reminding myself that this is not a book blog (and it's not turning into one). It's a personal blog where I post anything I'm interested in currently. So if I happen to get obsessed with playing chess (which I'm not, at this moment), I'll be posting about that when I'm in the mood to talk about it.  Also, I have too many hobbies XD

"The Outsider" - Also known as "The Stranger". I want to mention that because I kept forgetting about it while searching on Shopee. Fortunately, I found the version I wanted (this one) which looks like "The Plague" that I just read early this month. It's a pretty thin book. Just a bit over 100 pages. For some reason, that makes me want to read it soon (this or next month). I want to read more of his works after reading "The Plague". The book is actually new but you can see some wear and tear on it so I'm guessing it's old-stock-new-book kind of thing?

"The Strange Library" - Bwahaha okay XD this might look like a random addition but it's not. I actually had this in my to-read shelf since 2017 on GR.

I probably heard/read about him around that time but since he's very popular, he automatically gets to the bottom of my priority list. It's a me problem. I just never had much interest in reading any of his popular works. Well, other than this one, I guess. It's only there because of the word "library" LOL

This is a preloved copy but it's in good condition. I saw pictures inside so that might be fun to look at later. Honestly though, I think I'm already loving the library esthetic. Probably going to read it soon too since it's a short book.

Recently, I also added another book ("Underground") by him in my to-read shelf which is a non-fiction. Just because it's about something I'm interested in since reading about it in a chemistry reference book in school.
