Received this book today...

I've read "The Changeling" before so when I saw this on Shopee, I wanted to get it XD (and it's hardcover!)... I don't hate the writing style so I thought "Why not try reading another book of his?" 

Speaking of Shopee... the refund request was approved pretty quickly (the same day, at night). So glad that I don't have to think about that anymore lol

Quite surprised by some of the books though lol

Seeing them almost makes me want to start new books just so that I can use more bookmarks lol... but who says you can only use one for a book? 

I actually had a good sleep... what...

Coincidentally, I finished reading volume 2 of "The Unreal and the Real" last night... I'm not sure if my sleep had anything to do with that but OMG I finally did it~! Haaah.. I procrastinated reading the remaining two stories and last night I decided I had enough and finished everything.

I know there's a dorama based on this - apparently there's also a movie version -... which I never watched before. Umm... for now, I just want to read this. Of course, not now now, later... when I'm in mood for mystery books.

Re-organise my bookshelf

It's my small goal from March! It was half-completed so this month I'm going to try it again. 

Usually they put it in between pages so I was a bit surprised when I didn't see one last month. Never thought of checking the envelope again lol (probably was too happy to get the book so didn't care about anything else anymore).

I know, I know! It's too early. I just read one book from him. Isn't it too early to get a third one? 

(and it's new *the horror*)

After posting yesterday's post, I recalled that I have one new manga I haven't read. So I read it. 

I love manga. I LOVE THEM.

To those who aren't reading manga [yet]... you're missing out on some great storytelling that can only exist in manga form.

I miss binge-reading them (T_T) but I have to balance them out. If I read too much manga I might ditch reading my traditional books (it happened before *sigh*).

Okay lol. The manga I read last night wasn't the greatest but after reading "Merry-Go-Round", this manga is like salve for the soul... It does feature another unrequited love story but I loved it!

Somewhat got reminded again why I enjoy reading manga after that. 

I wanna read more manga...

Yeah, I tidied up my bookmarks (finally)... and took photos... 

Nothing special really. Most of them are old too (found few of them from old books at home). Some are dirty and stained (don't ask what because I don't remember). 

Oh... I guess it's good to like make a record here, huh, so that I can refer back to this post in the future. 

So.. when I mentioned window-shopping for bookmarks last year... yup. This is it. 

I was very obsessed with these in the past. Used to be hard to find in KK (now you can easily buy online *sigh*), so I always buy anything I can find locally XD. You'll notice that some of these have washi tape on them. I use them as an indicator or mark for where I left off. I always get confused which side I'm supposed to continue reading from lol  

So, I received these yesterday, right... Nov 24th. Higashino's "Journey Under the Midnight Sun" was sent out on Oct 14th. Dade's "All the Feels" was on Oct 25th. They arrived on the same day (I think it's delivered by the usual default mail system, the same ones who deliver letters). Took at least a month to get here.
