I'm quite surprised that we're getting this much interaction(?) with Xiangli Yao and... I love every minute of it!

Another reason I like him is this: robots! 

It's funny how I'm speeding going through the main story [again] now (and some other quests) for my Fenn account because I couldn't do some of the mini quest in this festival lol... I was planning to take it slow but I guess I can't (for Xiangli Yao's sake! All my accounts must meet the requirements to get him for free!)

Anyway I said I've ascended seven resonators but actually I miscounted (unless you count Rover as two - Havoc & Spectro - though I don't regularly use Spectro Rover haha)... for now it's six, but my Danjin is not that far from being ascended (so I guess it's like... 7.5 lol).

Today I realised...

• I had to connect the printer to the "new" Wi-Fi again. Totally forgot about that.
• There's possibility that Google Play won't recognise your account's country if you keep sim cards from other countries inside your phone, making it hard to redeem GPlay gift cards. Tried it for my father's account and couldn't make it work even though the foreign sim card had already been removed. It's like Google thinks he's still in that country for some reason... (In the end, he ended up using the carrier billing method lol)

I've accomplished a few things in Wuthering Waves today!

Firstly, I beat the Level 120 Lumiscale Construct~!

This was... crazy to fight with. It wasn't as bad as the Lightcrusher but still ooof... And of course, I'm back with Aalto lol (plus Verina for healing).

I'm so glad that I can see all these completed (actually had like 2+ days left):

Secondly, I beat the Level 100 Glacio Dreadmanes pair!

Since the food buff effects were still ongoing, I tried challenging the Level 100 Glacio Dreadmanes next.

Yup my Rover was dead at that point so Aalto got the spotlight(?) for this fight :P

All done! [at least... until we get new red enemies in the future]

I was able to ascend seven of my regularly used resonators although I'm currently lacking shell credits (lol) to get all of them to level 90. 

...and I think it's finally time to properly look for the best echoes because I've only been doing the bare minimum just to get by. (Time to experiment...! I guess?)

Saw the trailer for 1.2 today and decided I'll stop trying to get Changli for my main account lol (though I'll still try to get her signature weapon in my Fenn account). I might or might not try for Zhezhi... I really should keep my astrites though for Xiangli Yao's weapon!


...and can't wait for the Moon-Chasing Festival themed event~

It has been a cold and pleasant Sunday so I guess it's not bad... but I couldn't use the internet in the morning (mobile phone/hotspot was bad too, I even received a text message from Maxis about it). That actually got me a bit irritated the whole morning. The second blackout happened around an hour ago while I was about to take a shower. It wasn't as long as the morning's which was 3-4 hours (I think) but gah... it was enough to remind me of again of morning's irritation.

Anyway... I'm going to be reckless today and pick a new book from the jar (even though I'm not done with the two books). 

The book I got is: "Midnight in Austenland" by Shannon Hale.

😑😒😶

...that's one on me.

I really, really want to continue reading the second volume of "The Saint's Magic Power is Omnipotent" but... I don't have the next three volumes yet~~~ There IS that option of continuing by reading the web novel instead... but I'm reading it together with the light novel... ahhhh what a dilemma~

Anyway, while we are online again after that day, the connection stays unstable these few days. Some days it would just start getting laggy. Today, we lost wifi... and that doesn't happen that often. I was quite surprised. There is internet but no wifi. Apparently it's not enough to reboot (in 192.168.0.1), I had to reset/restart the router itself then only the wifi works again. 

A couple of Unifi technicians had to come down here to check some stuff. Cable problems again. Gah. But the technicians were quite nice and amiable so the whole experience (where strangers appear at home) was great. They actually came within 24 hours after I made a report online (via here) yesterday - honestly, that's fast (compared to making a report by calling 100). Oh yeah.. they even installed a new router few hours later (they returned for the second time) and upon request, the problematic cable was replaced with a new one (it didn't need to but to be on the safe side...). 

Lol that escalated so quickly. Other family members were actually surprised I could talk to them normally - kinda funny because this was the second time I got such reaction. Unfortunately, I developed this side of me (persona?) from work - I guess it's something like a positive kind of occupational hazard - where I can just converse with anyone out of nowhere lol (of course, only if I want to though). I'm kind of sorry that I've become "broken" like this but... nothing can be done to reverse it, it's now a part of the package(=me) XD. Although I must confess, it sure have a bit of "Who am I and what have I done to the real Ruth???" moments in both times when my family reacted that way. No worries, it's just my haraguro side [that was developed from work] at work :P~

I'm glad that's done with. I ended up using at least half of my monthly mobile data in just a few days. It was so unstable too, I kept getting disconnected (not good when you play online matches).

Full-on annoyed mode activated. 

Just drank a large cup of coffee because why not?

Anyway, today internet is being problematic again. Tried restarting the modem because it has been sluggish recently and it won't connect after that. Sigh. I mean, restarting shouldn't be a problem, right? There must be a something wrong on their side.

After 470+ hours of playing, I finally got a Cerberus Harrier last night! Read somewhere that you might get one around 500 hours so I guess it fits the time (although I'm a bit early). Well, I'm perfectly fine with my Black Widow really (as a sniper in the game) but I am curious with this so getting it will just make matches fun for me ("New toy!") from now on. I hope. 

Though lately it has been hard to find [random] people to play with. The internet (both Unifi and Maxis via mobile hotspot) hasn't been stable recently. I think that has made the matchmaking more difficult *sigh* I even switch between bronze and silver matches more frequently. Silver matches have been very great nowadays - just enough hardness(?) for me who's still grinding for the challenges. I hope I'll get better for gold matches in the future...

Found something I wanted from few months ago on Shopee! Another Eileen Chang book - "Half a Lifelong Romance". That's quite a gamble really since I haven't even read the one I have yet... But if I want to start reading her works, I'll wait for this one to arrive because that's the one I originally want to read first.

And... just realised the gas stove in the kitchen is not safe for use anymore. No wonder I can smell burning plastic... (even though it appeared to be turned off!) Disconnected the hose, half-expecting it to explode or something, and I think it's okay/safe enough now...? No leaking gas smell. Scary. Did I just have a near-death experience???

Anyway, these both are stressing me out at this moment
