The way I did it in the past was going through my old posts one by one. 

I don't know if I want to do that again. Is it worth the cringe? Maybe I can do it backwards this time. From newest posts to the oldest. Or do both ways at the same time...?

Oh well.. I'll think more about it while I go re-arrange things in my room.
