Oooh I never really celebrated the day on this blog. Should I start doing that??
Anyway.. I guess I'll talk a bit about my experience with the Mass Effect game series:
- Randomly stumbled upon a Mass Effect Confessions blog on Tumblr today. Saw one mentioned about the next Mass Effect game and I realised I also can't buy it on discount in the future... oof. I guess it's still possible if it's available on Steam but I don't really wanna link my EA account there because I heard the horror stories... (though maybe there'll be less problems in the future?)
- I started playing from Mass Effect 2 → Mass Effect 1 → Mass Effect 3 → Mass Effect Andromeda. I went into ME2 without knowing anything about the whole series. I really liked that I can choose to be FemShep. Until now, I haven't played the other Shepard (but I do have plans in the future). Haven't tried romancing other characters (only Garrus ♥♥♥) but I might go for Thane in my ME2 insanity playthrough.
- Fell in love with Garrus at first voice. Like, seriously, it's the voice that got me. I think it was a great coincidence that I started from ME2 because you can't romance him in the first one...
- I kept mentioning it in this blog but I have yet made any progress with my ME2's insanity playthrough. I probably will pick a day to do it every week (I did mention about doing a weekly blog post about it but I'm not sure if I'll be motivated enough to do that lol).
- I have the four novels based on Mass Effect in my bookshelf but so far I have only read one #oops. Got really lucky in finding them all on Carousell from a seller that sells Sci-Fi books.
- Also got really lucky with finding a preloved version of the art book for half the retail price last year. Didn't even care that the shipping fee was over RM20 (the book IS huge and heavy XD).
- I guess I'll end this day by playing the ME3 multiplayer :P
