Finished reading a book today. It's a short one but the feeling of accomplishment is great. I actually want to try that 'not reading new physical books' idea or something close to that and then I went and give myself another idea today - to reread books (specifically, DWJ books). Nothing is set yet really because it could backfire but I'll keep it in mind.

Truthfully, I'm quite content with finishing [and adding more on the side :P] my pile of unfinished Japanese web novels (lol) but if I spend my time with them only I worry that my physical book reading slump will get worse. I know how bad that will affect and twist my expectations for traditionally-published books...
