While I was trying to read the books I mentioned yesterday, I got distracted by a Chinese movie ("Hello Mr. Billionaire") on 8TV last night. I enjoyed it very much. That's my kind of comedy right there lol. Saw on the movie's wiki that it's loosely based on an old book (and another movie adaptation based on it).
So I had read a few pages of the books from yesterday's post... and they all sound interesting...??? Congrats to me, I now have added three books to read this week lol
But I'll still pick one as the official jar book of the week. That will be "The Chrysalids" because it caught my attention from the very first page. It might have lesser pages compared to the others but the text is quite dense so in the end that doesn't matter at all haha
