Reading
Finished reading "The Robots of Dawn" last night. Loved the ending. I was smiling as I read it. Just brilliant. Yes, there's that one questionable consent thing (I found some discussions of it on reddit so I'm not alone) present in the book but I will still love the ending. [On second thought, if the ending has something to do with that... then this just got scarier...]
I think one of the reasons I love the ending is the story refers to a short story in "I, Robot" that I liked a lot.
Ah, robots. I love them.

Moving on to another book: "The Remains of the Day". Haven't finished this one but I just felt like I need to make a note here. I don't usually like butler-themed stories (in anime, manga etc). I approach these type of genre(trope?) cautiously. I only have several that I care about.
One of it is, yes, a fictional character from another of Voltage Inc.'s games XD. His name is Simian... and he's my favourite character in the game (aka I love him :P). Lol okay..so.. I think some may say this book is slow (or anything similar) but I'm having a blast here reading this.
Dare I say it?
It feels like being in Simian's mind. Of course, their personalities are different but they have similar work ethics and I'm fascinated by that. I'm aware this is quite a unique/strange reason that motivates me to read the book, but there you have it, that's my reading experience.
...and here I am again, casually exposing myself to the public regarding my game-playing preferences lol.
Go on, nothing to see here. I'm playing these games to practise my Japanese reading skill *wink wink*
