Books
Was determined to find that one book by Charlotte Brontë so I decided to organise my bookshelf (again?). Only managed to go through the bottom shelf where I put books that I might not want to read now/anymore.
Good thing I started there because I found this:
Jeffrey Archer's "Kane and Abel".
This is one of the books I added to my To-be-read list after rereading that Big Read book. Gifted by someone from church. It's from the library of the office they worked at (it closed down) so you can see the library label thing on the spine. Super old (date stamps were from the 90s), super yellowed pages and a well-cracked spine. Looks full of history. Smells like old library.
Got it out so that I can read it later. I don't know when but hopefully this year. Maybe after I finish one of the books I'm currently reading.
Oh yeah. Never found the book I wanted. Might try other parts another day.
