Reading
Goodreads' rating system is weird... and I'm stuck with it.
3/5 stars rating is usually the middle or average for me but when it comes to Goodreads, it means "I liked it" which isn't always the case. So I always end up giving books a 2-stars rating. I can just ignore them, yes, but it bothers me whenever I hover over the stars to pick a rating. That's why I just end up using it.
Anyway.. I'm not complaining. I just want to add my own descriptions(?) for the ratings. It might be one of them or all of them combined.
★☆☆☆☆ did not like it-Hated it-I never want to read it again-I don't like the story or characters★★☆☆☆ it was ok-Average-Nothing special-Maybe overrated but I still enjoy reading it-Enjoyed it when I read it before but not really now...-I don't like certain scenes★★★☆☆ liked it-I liked how it ended-I like certain characters-I loved and hated it at the same time★★★★☆ really liked it-I loved most of it-One or two favourite characters-I loved the story★★★★★ it was amazing-Really, really loved it-I'll buy the annotated version-Favourite characters that I want to be like-Can't read other books after I finished it
I guess this is more like a reference for me in the future...? Will edit it if I change my mind or there's something new I want to add.
