Woke up late today so no bagels :P

Went to Nishiki japanese restaurant for the first time today for a belated birthday celebration. In my family, when we say japanese restaurant, we usually meant going to Lintas’ Wagamama Wojamama restaurant… but this time I suggested going to a new place. Been craving Unagi since I saw Ohno’s challenge in “Arashi ni Shiyagare” (pic). Didn’t eat the way it was recommended on the show though because I couldn’t figure out which one is the tail (should be eaten last because it’s the tastiest part).

I didn’t take any pics though… hehe

Oh.. I think.. I think I can handle Wasabi now. I ate it by putting a small amount on my sushi… not as bad as I thought it would be.

Also… I saw someone – a former classmate (form 5) – sitting with his family on the next table to ours. I just realised who it was when we were going to leave. Didn’t say hi or anything though because I’m pretty sure he had forgotten who I am.

There are too many Sakurai news nowadays, I’m getting tired of seeing them in my Twitter timeline/LJ friends page. I’m complaining because he’s not my ichiban (Ohno-biased) and I think he’s overexposed enough already. SIGH… I don’t hate him or anything.. just.. really annoyed... for now. 

Annoyance aside… I saw yesterday’s VSA! It felt like my birthday gift having them won with Ohno doing excellently in “Bound Hockey”. He was really awesome! I guess that’s how he is when he’s in serious mode.

During “Jungle Bingo”, the VSA staff made him wear a small camera video on his head to showcase the insides of the Jungle Bingo while he played. It was interesting! Will they continue doing that?

Oh! Jun was really bad in “Kicking Sniper”! LOL The opponent team gave him a stylish specs and asked him to play with them on. Jun couldn’t see properly with them. He kept making some robotic movements when it’s his turn to kick.
