Reading
Soon is unexpectedly the next day.
Yep, I received the other books today. Still plastic-wrapped and I feel like leaving them that way today until the day I decide to read them.
"I'd Die for You and Other Lost Stories" - Here's the other Fitzgerald book I mentioned yesterday.
The other three were random picks ("Looks good from the synopsis, I'll take it!" random). "The Scarlet Letter" by Nathaniel Hawthorne, "Mrs Dalloway" by Virginia Woolf & "The Man Who Fell to Earth" by Walter Tevis.
★★★★★
Probably will finish "The Time of the Ghost" by the end of the day. I'm glad this one is not long (not 300+ pages). Definitely feels like it will still be my least favourite book by Diana Wynne Jones (although there are some of her books I haven't read). I guess it's better when you don't read it with expectations that it's horror (not really) and it will be written like her other more popular books (also not really, this one is darker and I feel like it's a bit on the obsessive side - I don't really know how to explain that).
The book I'll read after that will be "Catch-22". Why am I telling you this? This is for me. It's to remind myself what to read next.
Not much cleaning or organising done today. Made some progress to 2nd haramaki (I almost type out haraguro lol). I suddenly worry that I won't have enough yarns *sigh*. Well, if that happens I'll just buy more later and wait while knitting is halted. It's not like I haven't done that before.
