Today's parcel: Three fiction books, one non-fiction book.
So.. only "Fear" left, huh..
Another Sci-Fi book. Another book about piano :P
Dahl's "Trickery" & "War"・Asimov's "The Rest of the Robots" (upside down) "Piano 300" |

It was like this: I was looking for random things on Shopee (lol) and that led me to googling another thing that brought me to a blog that mentioned "another thing".
It's one of the dead, abandoned blogs. Since I love reading these old school blogs, I stayed. For the older posts.
Honestly, I feel like I was intruding. The blog is public but their thoughts were intimate. They probably wrote them without thinking that anyone will be reading them. I kind of get that feeling (assuming we're thinking the same thing): It's like when I don't want people to read my diary but at the same time I subconsciously(?) want them to so that they can understand me better. (Which is why I see this blog of mine like a compromise for that.. it's where I think it's okay to read my thoughts while the real diary stays off-limits)
[Remember, on Blogger, if you want to make your blog public but not searchable on search engines, turn off that "Visible to search engines" option.]
Anyway, they were intimate in nature but they're something you can see online anywhere (I even have similar posts). I think that's the thing I like about old school blogs. Reading about other people's thoughts and life. This could easily go that stalker way (*ooof*) but let me assure you, it's not... I think reading these kind of blogs is similar to reading a book. So it's kind of memoir-ish, I guess? Although it's expected, the endings are usually a cliffhanger (since the blogs get abandoned).. Yeah.. The last post they published is basically the "ending", right?
That is fun.. to read. Like reading books.
And because the internet is the way it is, sometimes, you might find the[ir] sequels somewhere else...
